The National Equality Party Jammu Kashmir Gilgit Baltistan and Ladakh (NEP JKGBL) stands as a bold and transformative movement, deeply rooted in the dreams, struggles, and aspirations of the people of Jammu Kashmir and Aksai Tibetha. Spanning 85,806 square miles of our divided homeland—comprising Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, West Jammu Kashmir, Aksai Chan, Shaksgam, and Ladakh—our mission is nothing less than the reawakening of our collective spirit. We are united in the fight to reunite this land, as it was on 15 August 1947, and to forge a future of equality, justice, and dignity for every citizen, regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, or caste.

At the heart of our cause lies a powerful, inclusive vision: a society where all communities—diverse in faith, culture, and history—are bound together by the unbreakable thread of shared human rights. We strive for a world where every individual enjoys equal civil, political, religious, and social rights, where every group is free to control its own natural resources, and where economic opportunity is not a privilege for the few, but a right for the many. This is not just a political agenda—it is a movement for human dignity, for the very soul of our people. The foundation of this vision rests on the values of social tolerance, local autonomy, freedom of expression, and the right to peaceful association.

Our movement calls upon the people of Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and Ladakh to unite—beyond the borders that have divided us for so long—toward a common destiny of justice and peace. In a world where global inequality is growing, where the rich thrive while the marginalized suffer, our fight is not just a local struggle—it is a call to the world to stand up for justice. We face global challenges: terrorism, militancy, racism, extremism, and the festering wounds of economic inequality. These forces are not just threats to our region—they are a threat to humanity itself. Our struggle is to confront these forces with unshakable resolve, to dismantle the systems that perpetuate injustice and to build a society grounded in equality, peace, and shared prosperity.

To achieve peace in our region, we must first confront the injustice of division and strife. This integration can only be realized through the rebirth of secularism and democracy—values that must be practiced in their purest form, not as ideals but as the very foundation of our society. Only through the renewal of these principles can we dream of a peaceful, democratic, and just region, one where the rights and freedoms of all are protected and where economic justice and social tolerance flourish. This is not an abstract vision; it is a tangible reality that we must create through our collective will, for the benefit of the people of Jammu Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and Ladakh—and for the peace of the Sub-Continent.

In this spirit, we have adopted the slogan of the People’s Perspective. This is more than just a slogan; it is a declaration of who we are and what we stand for. It means that every issue we confront will be approached through the lens of the people of our land—purely and unapologetically in service of their interests. We are not beholden to any external powers—neither Pakistan, India, nor any other nation. Our only loyalty is to the people of Jammu Kashmir and Aksai Tibetha. We stand for them and them alone, as we seek to uplift them from the depths of suffering to the heights of justice and equality
